Strongly inspired by classic and early monster films, movies, shows, and more in early american film culture! Erithium is a retro style, vintage oriented horror driven, open world survival FPS game, powered by unreal engine 4. It's an open world horror/story driven survival FPS, taking strong descent into the early 30's, 40's and 50's + 60's eras of American swing jivin' culture and heart, and more! But the twist is that it's run down into massive open world maps and they are thriving with hell's worst nightmarish creatures, all monstrous creatures I'll be designing from scratch, each given their own background, detailing, strengths, and so much more. I plan to add one of the most unique, singularly identifiable weapon arsenals to be added in a horror FPS game.

Description

The Forest: Photos are a bit darker, so I've made things a bit brighter since, it was brighter in engine, however I still increased the intensity slightly, and that should be noticeable in the next album.
"The Sinister before the Storm..." (Screens from my game, Erithium, via UE4 in my latest map; The Pinecrest Forest) just began work on this, so not much yet, but landscape definition such as hills, cliffs, etc will be added tomorrow.
About the creature shown in the pic: Rekkers are modified zombie sprinters, that produce adrenaline much quicker, meaning stronger attacks, and a much stronger resistance to nearly any type of damage possible. They are first introduced in the region of the Pinecrest Forest, during the European outbreak in the early 2000’s, known as the Del Sur (South) Plague, or the South Plaga. Rumour has it, they were purposely created by the infected villagers, in an effort to ward off American interference of their corrupt operations secretively led by Dr. Wessel himself.

The Lounge: While a more wip map than some of my more recent and past works for Erithium, the Ice-lounge is a map inspired by the Penguin's lair in batman, being created from the ground up for my survival horror game; Erithium. Yes, there's penguins. Oh, and food. For the penguins of course.
