Back in September 2016, I released a mod for World Conqueror 3 that changed several aesthetics of the game itself. This is an (unexpected) update to that mod that adds even more onto the previous version, but also removes certain things I felt did not belong in the game itself.
Just like before, this mod comes with the following:
+ Unlimited Medals
+ Unlimited HQ Resources (Not to be confused with in-game gold, iron, and oil.
+ Modified Generals (Removed historical figures like Roosevelt, but added more gold generals)
+ In-game flags are more detailed
+ In-game HUD is more vibrant
+ Specific infantry uniform changed (For countries such as Spain)
+ Replaced Brazil with Solano's Republic of Venezuela (Mercenaries 2)
+ Replaced Cuba with Puerto Rico
+ The Russian Mafia is now back to Mongolia
+ Overhauled in-battle musical track, many added, some removed. Over 3 hours of musical tracks from several games such as Call of Duty, Medal of Honor, etc.
+ Title Screen theme was changed to Resistance 2's main theme
+ Ironed out a few extra minor details
As for my reason to release an update to an old mod, all I can say is I really love this game specifically. Even after the release of the previous version, I kept updating it for my own use adding more to it. It felt a bit unfair to me personally that I got to keep a more polished version of the mod. So here it is, the absolute final version of which I plan on working on. I do not expect any more updates to this mod neither for public nor private use.
Extra Trivia:
This mod actually started out as an unlimited medal and resource mod I found online, but it was riddled with adware. I used 'Lucky Patcher' to remove all instances of ads on the application. On a clean install, a single advertisement may appear once, but even then, no actual ads will interrupt whatsoever. It is after removing ads that I started modifying the game until it eventually took the form seen here today.
Note, I have actually purchased the game officially before obtaining the aforementioned mod. Please support EASYTECH as this would not be possible without them and this awesome game!

It doesn't install
Hi there! I apologize for the late reply. It could be possible that one of the following is preventing you from installing:
1. You have the official version of the game installed and it is preventing you from installing the modded version.
Solution: Uninstall the official app first. It is possible that the official app is of a higher version which prevents lower versions from installing.
2. There is not enough space for it to be installed.
Solution: Keep in mind that you need at least twice the amount of space to install the app. The reason for this is that your phone will not automatically delete the .apk file.

Having trouble installing?
+ First make sure to allow installations from "unknown sources" from the settings menu of your android device
+ If you already have an installation of the game and it is located on the SD Card, move the SD Card installation back to internal storage, then proceed to install the downloaded .apk file
+ Ensure that there is enough storage space to install the application
+ If you are installing the app from a third party file manager app like "File Manager HD", make sure to grant it permission to install apps
+ It's also possbile that there is another type of administrator permission issue preventing the app from installing

Hello! Considering I have the game installed on my own device, I can safely say that it does not have any viruses. But if you ever feel worried about any app in general, I suggest you download an app called Lucky Patcher that can help you recreate an .apk file without, for example, google ads and stuff like that.

Hello! Well, I wouldn't recommend downloading this version of the mod as it is outdated. Both the newer and older versions serve the same purpose, to keep the gameplay of the game intact while providing a bonus of infinite HQ resources to boost player progression. And, more so on the newest version, to provide a different (albeit minor) aesthetic look to the game in terms of visual and sound changes. I can provide you with the link to the newest version here:

I'm sorry, but this app does not offer unlimited gold, steel, nor fuel. It only offers unlimited HQ resources like medals others.

To answer your question, all this modded version offers is an unlimited supply of non in-game resources like medals, energy, industry, etc. It keeps the gameplay itself, including how many total generals you can have, intact and unchanged. Aside from that, most of the changes are aesthetic, such as new banners behind the general heads and a nearly two-hour long background music track. Hello there! Sorry for the late reply! I've actually never thought to try something like that. However, it would all hinge upon whether or not the Andriod version's ".json" files work with the Windows version. If I remember correctly, the files for the Windows version are located somewhere within your %appdata folder. I'd say give it a shot if you want!

Do you perhaps have a base installation of the game already installed? If so, I'd recommend deleting the base version as it may be detecting the mod as corrupt. If you don't have the base version installed, it's possible that the app may not be compatible with your particular phone.

Hello. In this mod can I get Eisenhower, manstein and zhukov?
That would not be possible unless you somehow transfer a local save data file containing those three generals. Such a feat would be beyond my reach. The app has also been modified to be offline only, so there would be no way to acquire said generals. Your best bet would be to make your custom generals better than the purchasable ones.
Is this mod ios friendly?
I’m afraid not, at least not in its current form. I suppose it could be possible to take the specific modified files of this Android Version and Paste them into an already installed IOS version. However, i lack both the knowledge and resources to even attempt such a thing.

I'm really sorry for the late reply. If you're still here somehow here checking, i can help!
First make sure you have enough space, so double the space of the apk file or more is recommended. Because when you install an apk manually, you keep the installation AND the apk, meaning the apk needs to be deleted manually.
Second, if you have the base installation of the game and are trying to install the mod on top of it, it may be failing because the unmodded game is of a more recent version than the mod. Try deleting the base version if you have it, then install the mod.
There is also the possibility that you do not have Unknown Sources enabled, which will prevent the installation.
Last but not least, it's possible that your phone just does not support it in general, in which case there is nothing i can do sadly.
