Modders, it is time to answer the call and put your craftsmanship to work. We have joined forces with the Endless Space 2 team @Amplitude and @SEGA to give you the chance to win a NVIDIA 1080 GPU, loot packs and SEGA digital game packs.
The challenge should you choose to accept, is to make a mod for Endless Space 2 and share it on ModDB via the links above with the tag #EndlessMods . It can be a ship skin, a new game mode, or a quest, all will be judged on the merits of creativity, complexity and fun factor. The top 10 eligible entries win a digital gaming pack from SEGA, with 1st to 4th also taking home a signed Endless Space 2 framed print and 1st taking home a shiny new NVIDIA 1080 GPU. 3D meshes can't be edited or replaced, but their textures can be modified!

Is the use of open-source imagery acceptable? For example, an image off Pixabay for improvement background images?
