There comes a time on every game's life when it needs to look itself hard in the face and finally decide that it might not have the best facial hair.

But realistically there's more that can be done (about the game, not my beard). We at Extend Mode want to bring you the best game we can bring you, which inevitably means we're delaying the release of this title. I know that some of you were really looking forward to the release of Eight Dragons. I can, without reservation, tell you that we were all far too excited about releasing the game to you, but we want you to have the best we can make.
To survive out there in the gaming ecosystem, with ferocious AAA games hiding behind every low-hanging paradigm, Eight Dragons needs to sharpen its claws, repoint its teeth and paint its toenails. It needs to pull on its trousers, one leg at a time sure, but it needs to get its trousers on! You know what I mean right? Of course you do, you're an intelligent reader.
Anyway, I'm off to buy a new beard trimmer. While I do that, go add Eight Dragons to your steam wishlist.
