Dragon Knight Legend is a open world platformer designed after games in the 8 and 16 bit era. Set on the continent of Medea a land with history of ruin and ancient kingdoms, you are tasked to slay the great beast of legend.

- Open world Platformer
The world of Medea features many different locations from deep caverns to sky high mountains. Inspired from games like Zelda II and Super Metroid, explore the world freely and discover what lies beyond.

- Temperature System
Dragon Knight Legend features a brand new condition system that allows your character to experience temperature and effects like being burnt, wet, poisoned, bleeding, etc. Your character is affected by the outdoor climates and indoor environments. From the freezing cold mountain tops to the burning hot desert your temperature will increase or decrease until you begin to feel the effects of fatigue or even death.

Finding cold water to cool off or building a fire to warm up is part of the life of the adventurer. After swimming you may dry off near a campfire or heat source and after being burned you may heal yourself by jumping into some refreshing water.

- Story
Many ages ago, a great and evil beast was unleashed upon the land. Fierce was it’s malice, the sky darkened and the land became desolate. Many years passed but all who fought the beast failed. One day a powerful messenger from the east fought the beast banishing him to remain chained for 400 years within a great tower. It was then known as the beasts prison, the great Pillar of Dreams. Over the years the story was forgotten, left to myth and legend.

400 years have passed since that day and the great beasts prison has broken. One must rise up, uncover the ancient language and slay the great beast of legend.

- Rewards
As you delve into the many dungeons you will discover new weapons and armor to improve your might. Your character contains three item slots, armor, shield, and weapon. Many items lie scattered across the land each being unique but choose carefully, as you may only carry one of each.

- Availability
Dragon Knight Legend will be available on PC and other devices in the future. Steam Greenlight support is also on the agenda as well as a mac release.
