The newest iteration of my sound pack for MSFMiller's Tier One Overhaul.
What is it?
Replaces the majority of the gunfire and explosion sounds both for vanilla equipment and that in the Tier One Overhaul mod with higher quality ones bringing more oomph.

Now, every time you play a map, it will sound like an intense war zone. None of the sounds of gunfire and explosions are my own. All the credit goes to their respective creators. I just did the porting.
My goals with this addon are to 1) give each weapon and explosion it's own distinct sound effect 2) up the intensity of each combat encounter through the audio to amplify that feeling of cqb hell.
Installation Instructions
Go to your Tier One Equipment Folder
Ex: D:\Steam\steamapps\common\DoorKickers2\mods\TierOneOverhaul(v0.9.91)\equipment
Backup the following files:
1) firearms_cia_tierone.xml
2) firearms_pistols_cia_tierone.xml
3) firearms_pistols_nswdg.xml
4) firearms_rifles_nswdg.xml
5) firearms_rifles_tierone.xml
6) various_tierone.xml
Go to the directory of the tier one sound library file
Ex: D:\Steam\steamapps\common\DoorKickers2\mods\TierOneOverhaul(v0.9.91)\sounds
Backup sounds_library_tierone.xml
Now extract the files to your steam library
Ex: D:\Steam\steamapps\common
That's it! Have fun!

-Removed the M320 with HEDP round that fires a rocket projectile.
-New SVU Bullpup, MK17LB, MK17LBSD, MK20SSR, MK20SSRSD and AT4 sounds.
-New NSR and NSRSD sounds.
-New FN FAL, M110 and M110SD sounds.
-New AT4 firing sound.
-New sounds for the HK416, HK416SD, RPG fly loop.
-New sounds for the M17, M18 M110, M110SD, Mk11, MK11SD, RPG26 and RPG26 explosion.

-Lowered the sound of the 1911 by a few decibels

-Removed some explosion sounds that originally came with Tier One Overhaul and/or the Re-sound add-on for it.

-New firing sounds for the Mjolnir and sniper
-New firing sounds for all the SCAR rifle variants in the vanilla game and Tier One Overhaul
-New firing sounds for the MK13 and HS45 pistol
-New firing sounds for the M240L, RP46, MK48, MK48SD, PKM, TT33, MG338, MG338SD, M14, M110, M110SD, MG338, MG338SD, RPK and FN FAL
-Modified the sound of the pump for the MEK-500 and shorty shotgun

-Reverted back to the old benelli m4, used the old breaching shotgun sound for the MEK-500 shotgun
-Increased the decibels of the breaching shotgun by 10

-New RPG flying sound.
-New Firing sounds for the shorty shotgun, M14, M16, FAL, MK 11, MCX Spear, Mjolnir, M9 & 1911.
-Updated the XML files based on the most recent iteration of this game.
-Various new weapon firing sounds including the: PKM, DHSK, HS-45, and MK 24 Mod 0
-Changed the capacity of the MK 24 to 10+1 to make it more accurate to its real-life counterpart
-Modified sounds for AK variants
-Added new sounds for suppressed weapons
-Combines the new LMG sounds, and sounds from the previous upload and makes some changes to the sounds of suppressors with their respective unsuppressed variants
for more consistency in gunfire sounds.
-New explosion sounds for stinger grenades, rpg7, rpg26, at4, and the HEDP grenade
-New AT4 firing sound
-New shotgun firing sounds
-New sound for Fergie's M&P45C Pistol
-New firing sounds for all 7.62x51 rifles
-Some new firing sounds for a select few 556 rifles

Some gameplay clips
Which files to use if I only want to use the sounds with vanilla DK2 ? I don't like the changes T1O makes to the game
No idea how to do that as im new to modding. Maybe take all the files meant for the tier one mod folder and put them in their respective directories in the vanilla installation? Of course youd want to back everything up first just in case.
