Dear friends,

Thank you for your support, we have good news for you. We have been very busy working on the game and made significant progress towards the completion of Saga of Pandoria:

  • The story campaign with all 7 chapters has been finally completed, meaning we are 100% content complete. You can play the game now from start to finish. Please understand that we dont want to spoil the last levels and or the final boss fight.
  • We are now finalizing the code, and half way through implementing the full XP system.
  • After the code has been finished we plan to start with beta testing phase. We want to give 3 people the chance to play the game ahead of anyone else. Please wait for further information regarding time and selection process.
  • For final step we want to give the game an extra layer of polish, implement a lot of small details and refine key elements like many of you suggested (HUD, animations).

At this stage I want to take the chance and ask you: In such a detailed fantasy world environment like Saga of Pandoria, can you think of any small detail would you like to have in the game? As an example, I recently added the "Zelda style" chicken to our village, which immediately brought the whole village to life. Because we think it's the small details, which differs a great game from a good game.

If you like our game, please tell your friends and follow us on social media!

Kind Regards,

Something that would be great would be bushes and trees or something like that, that you could chop down by attacking or something. If they dropped fruit or nuts that you could use that would be even better but I know it seems like a huge amount of work already so I understand that the fruit is probably overkill...

It's just something that I always loved doing in old fantasy games, running around and breaking everything I could, or slowly deforesting a village. Then feeling bad and reloading hehe

Thats a nice idea, I also always enjoyed cutting down the grass and bushes in Zelda...

As you mentioned yourself, the animations are extremely important! I'd personally really like voice clips with lore read to me while I walk, to flesh out my knowledge of the world itself, but knowing so little of the story, I don't even know if it's a viable option in this game.

Seriously though: Animations. Fix them.

Prince of Persia Sands of Time did that. The prince would have a monologue sometimes minutes long and just go over what had already happened or what was going to happen. It was a nice touch and I'd love to see this game do that as well.

Looking forward to the game! Are you sure only 3 beta testers are enough?
