Some basic info about Distantia: Ships, Upgrades, Visual.

DISTANTIA (lat - "distant stars") - is new sci-fi tower-defense 2D strategy, developed by Cyfieithydd. Developing bagan in april, 2014. The main goal is to make dynamic and tactical combats, flexible upgrade system and various types of enemies. Here is some basic info about Distantia:

SHIPS

There are about 30 playable ships in game. Each of them has its own unique design, parameter and use on the battlefield. It's up to the player, what ship to use in combat.

UPGRADES

DISTANTIA has very flexible ubgrade system. There are 4 ways to develop your army:
1) new ships
2) energy
3) defence
4) mother-ship

All upgrades are also done and already in the game.

All ships are destructible - you don't have any healthbar on the screen (only for main-ships), but you can see ships condition on the screen:

DISTANTIA is already done (v 0.7 is playable already) and i hope to release it in the middle of july.
