Depth is a PvP multiplayer game which blends heart pounding tension and visceral action in a dark aquatic world. Playing as either a diver, or a shark, eliminate your enemies using a combination of stealth, cunning, and teamwork.

Incorrect, Bioshock 1 and 2 are on a heavily modified Unreal Engine 2.5.
It does look good though.
Emphasis on "Heavily Modified". They used UE2.5 with UE3 rendering libraries. Which is why it looks like UE3.

see how dark it is now. now make it night and give the divers a big light tool and some little face lights
