Update 11/09/2014.
A few months ago i broke my left elbow, and i'm lefthanded. That meant, that since all the graphics in the game is handdrawn, i was unabke to continue working on the game.
Well my arm is healed now and i've been working hard to make up for the time i lost.
I implemented a lot of animated effects like bubbles to make the world more dynamic and living. I also introduced ranged weapons and made it possible to pickup and switch between melee weapons.
I also had a lot of complaints about the UI being too big and taking up too much of the screen. To fix this i removed a lot of the info given in the UI and made it smaller. I also made the characters smaller so i could fit more on the screen.
Im still looking for people who would like to contribute with drawings of underwater plant life and environments, as this is the thing i prioritize the least right now but is also one of those things that is most extensive.
It would speed up my develpment tremendously.
Thanks for reading.

The first news i felt like sharing about Dennis - the Game, i thought should be an overview of how far in the process i already has come.
Version Alpha8 features: - Added Melee and ranged weapons. - Added a cleaner UI. - Fixed numerous bugs. **if you have played an earlier version on your...
The greatest parts of the game is also the most difficult to describe. So here is a Demo version to show those things. This Demo still has bugs and glitches...
HI Guys! i am currently looking for artists able to draw enviromnets.
between making npcs, enemies and weapons there is little time to make environments. Right now i think my game looks rather scarse, but because there is no coding involved with implementing scenery i push that priority to the buttom of the list.
But it would speed up my development process substantially.
you can PM me or comment here if you're up for it :)
at this point you'd have a chance to help shape the graphical identity of the environmets, and you will ofcoarse be credited like a member of the team :)
I recently broke my left arm, and since i am let handed there is no way i can continue making the game while the arm is in a cast.
so game development is paused while my arm is healing.
My arm just got released from it's cast yesterday, my arm is still not entirely up to speed. but i will slowly startup the development process again :)
