Death by Game Show is a action / twitch / strategy / tower defense droid-manager game set in the 26th Century, inspired by the movie Idiocracy, and lots of games / movies / TV pop cutlure references. You've been sentenced to death, yet have one last shot to save yourself on the fictional TV show called iLikeMoney. You start with only a couple of stupid droids to help you, yet you collect and build an army 10 different cheap-@ss droids, place 10 wtf-defenses and spank the enemy through reaction, skill and upgrades. That is right, Death by Game Show, the most difficult strategy game in the world will be $2 from December 22nd. Most people have never heard of the game and that's for two reasons.
The first, reviewers don't like it hard. Games that is. And, more importantly, our satirical backstory that plays out underneath the challenges in a fourth wall, They Live methodology was completely overlooked.
So if you're looking for a game that was speaking about fake news, mainstream media lies and propaganda out to control humanity Death by Game Show was rocking that agenda January 2016 - you guys have just joined the party late.
