We´d like to update you on the progress, which has been at a good pace recently.
For those of you that hear about Darsana for the first time: Darsana is standalone game in the works for the Darkplaces engine. Darsana is a combination of a fast paced first person shooter and the detailed statistics system and strategies of an RPG, set in a medieval/fantasy environment.
Carni is busy coding, shaping the gameplay further, such as adding blocking and leaping maneuvers to the melee fighting. Also the magic is progressing, the lightning, fire, and leech staffs are implemented, and waiting to be skinned. I have been busy refining most of the skins and adding specular maps, skinning the fire staff, and refining some of the 2d-assets. The menus await some overhaul as well. Helmets have been skinned and added. Razorb, our concept artist has been very active as well, promising for great future inspiration and in game-art.

Em. Might wanna add some more detail to those maps. They look a little barren, and jaggy compared to the awesomness of the weapons / player models.
