i would laugh if i can take over the world using the Netherlands XD
You have enough IC to take out Belgium and then Denmark. From there you can stage an invasion into Canada (make seperate peace with the UK fast< so you don't get wiped out) and conquer it. By now you should have enough IC to take out Portugal and such, and when you get it all, mass a huge milita and infantry army and storm Spain :D
