Cyph is to be revived! :: Changing to Leadwerks Engine + definite linux support.

I had some problems finding coders for the Unreal Engine because the Uscript is very niche and you had to find programmers who specifically wanted to work with it and its limitations. Over the past year or 2 a lot of things have happened including my personal transition to the GNU/Linux operating system.

Leadwerks includes support for the scripting language LUA, node based scripting and C++ for more intense programming. The programming side of Cyph will not begin until December when Leadwerks is released for linux, as a newly born Linux enthusiast I can absolutely guarantee Linux support, Cyph will be developed on Linux with many open-source tools, such as GIMP and Blender.

Well, I am generally the only one developing the program right now, I am an experienced 3D modeller and artist and am studying programming at college, so its largely a one man show, I have until December to get some basic models done ready for the linux release of leadwerks, then I (if all goes well) the following 6months I'll be implementing basic to core features to the game.

I'll update you as more info is available!
