We hope our latest blog post finds you well in this busy season. We wanted to give one last update here in 2021, as we move forward into a new year filled with exciting opportunities! With our Alpha Release on Steam right around the corner, we wanted to take a moment to talk about what will be included in the Alpha release, and announce that our release date will be dropping on January 3rd!
With the game being an Alpha release, it will not include all the content that we have been aiming to release. The Alpha release will include 11 tracks, 5 ships, multiplayer, all of the new combat features discussed in previous blog posts, and the new custom gamemode. Unfortunately due to limited time and manpower the CRL Grand Championship will be released in a subsequent update. In the coming months we expect to release all of the tracks and ships in the mobile release, some new ships and tracks, new game modes, and a fully fledged battle royale mode. We cannot wait to see where the CRL is next December, as next year is going to be filled with groundbreaking content updates.
What a year it has been! We had our first release back in January, our first convention in February, multiple mobile content releases, reworked the engine, and spent the second half of the year working on a PC port! It has been a year filled with triumphs, disaster, and everything in between. We are so excited for what 2022 will bring, and we can’t wait to share that journey with you!
