You crawl out of the sewers. The stench of rotted wooden barrels fills you up. The room is full with the bones of those that came in , but never got out. Down the corridor you can hear some of them pleading for mercy. The guards of this infernal prison have none.
But you don’t care about any of that. All you want is blood… And you will run to get it. And you will find a way out… for more!
Welcome to the wonderful world of Cursed Run Awakening!
During the next months, I will take you to a quest of blood, sweat and tears. Well, mostly blood and development. You will get a tour of this medieval dungeon, a glimpse of the dark world of the Cursed Run series ( “Awakening” being only the first of them ), as well as hints on your “life’s” backstory.
We will also go through an aspiring game developer’s journey, from the intention to make a game, to the release of a demo after 9 months (remember, game development is hard!), and hopefully to the full release of the game in early 2017. The whole process, from game design, to trailer and gallery production, as well as the creation and execution of a marketing plan, will be laid down for your eyes to feast upon.
Through the Facebook page, you will get constant updates via screenshots and Let’s Play videos of the new obstacles, enemies, areas and game mechanics to explore, as well as free offers from the Cursed Art Gallery.
