As you can see Cancer Wars is just a simple arena shooter, it's made using the Unity game engine and was my first real game using made with Unity.
The game is derived from a very nice little 2D example shooter you can find on the Unity wiki.
What happened to the games development, well it got stuck in a 'Needs higher dimensions loop', in effect I wanted to make a 3D game out of it so it went from 2D to 2.5D and then I started working on a 3D version.
My vision of the game was a Futurustic Inner-space simulation/adventure on the Nano-scale.
Yet again my vision was outreaching my ability but I think the problem was me using the dream version of the game as an excuse not to complete the game and release it fully.
That's the trouble with procrastination it's sneaky!
Well enjoy the retrospective builds of Cancer Wars and let me know what you think.
