The world is torn to shreds by an evil force. Polygons tremble at the thought of The Dreaded Cone. All except for Cube. Pick up your control switch and enter another world. You are now Cube: Defender of the Polyverse. The future of gaming comes now.

Hey All, I'm Jon Hahn and I am the Lead Level Designer on the team.

I plan on helping bring the story to life of, Cube: Defender of the Polyverse! Not only is this game about a simple gameplay mechanic of a cube, collecting diamonds, and reaching the end of the level; there is so much more to it than that.
The game mechanics that we are going to try introducing into the game more is, Camera Mechanics, Jump Spheres, and Speed Panels. The Camera Mechanics are there to help the player, not hurt them; turning and pivoting to show important views for the player or to help show them the way through the level. Jump Spheres make Cube jump. This can help the player get to new heights, platforms, and other places that Cube could not have previously gotten to. They are still in the testing phase and will be introduced shortly. Speed Panels will give Cube a speed boost, pushing the player with immense speed and force. This can be to get further to places, knock down obstacles in Cube's path and more. They are still in the testing phase and will be introduced later on.

I am currently working on creating Level Purple and Level Blue. Level Purple is the first level, acting similarly to a training level, to help the player learn the controls as well as use the camera to benefit themselves throughout their journey. Level Blue is the second level, introducing the jump spheres, platforming elements, and a new look into the world. The team plans on creating at least 6 levels, and utilizing at least 3 main game mechanics (introducing one into each new level), as the player advances through the game.

I am very excited to work on Cube: Defender of the Polyverse, letting me express my level design experience and creativity into the game. There will be so much more to come later on...

Raise the platform!

My name is Alex St. John, and I'm the Lead/Only Programmer for Cube. We have plenty of designers and artists on the team, but I'm the one who turns their dreams into reality. I alone have unlocked the secret of bestowing life onto lifeless Cubes!
Throw the first switch!
Blow, winds, and crack your cheeks! Rage! Blow! You cataracts and hurricanoes, spout 'till you have drench’d our steeples, drown’d the cocks!
Throw the second switch!
You sulphurous and thought-executing fires, vaunt-couriers to oak-cleaving thunderbolts, singe my white head! And thou, all-shaking thunder, strike flat the thick rotundity o’ the world!
Throw the third switch!
Crack nature’s moulds, all germens spill at once that make ingrateful man!

... Perhaps I got a little carried away... I'm going to try to keep posting around here to rant and rave about my programming troubles. Feel free to stop on by.

Hey there everybody, my name is Kennedy! You can call me HeyLasFas for short, though! I am a sound designer and I do the sound things in the game! I also am the Artistic Director, but who cares about that when you got yourself some awesome sounds!
