CS_Assault+ addon - CS2D

Because the area at bottom left is closed with doors and AI isn't smart enough to use them, AI only games may get stuck.

Changes:

- Added some doors. Big ones are manual, small ones are opened when you get close to them. Big door at the middle is open by default, don't be fooled by preview image.

- Roof of the building at top-right is accessable as in original CS map.

- Given middle house an interrior which can be accessed from the ladder at the right.

- You can enter the back of the truck, and there is now a spawnpoint in there.

- Truck can be destroyed by firing in front of it. It explodes on destruction.

- Added a place to bottom left. There is now a door that allows entering terrorist base from the bridge. Tho, it has to be opened from inside for CT to be able to use there.

- You can move below the bridge at left part. There is a bandange at there. You can also access there by destroying the box to the right.

- Expanded some roads to end of the map just for decorational purposes.

- Added some explosive crates to several places.
