Cry of Fear awards
As you may have seen, Cry of Fear won a couple of prizes!
The two major ones are the Community Award, and Best Singleplayer, but we did also come on second place for best overall mod, and 3rd place for mod of the year.
This is all thanks to you guys, our players and supporters. So thank you, to all of you, who have been supporting us this well!
Steam release
There's not much to say here, other than we're still working on it. James/Minut is the one responsible for the Steam release, since he's the one converting the Half-Life engine to our own modified Half-Life engine.
I would say we are about 20% done with this, as progress is very slow at the moment. Our goal is to have it released by the Cry of Fear anniversary, but we won't promise anything!

i cant get this mod to work , i get a client.dll error upon launching...
Reinstall it, and don't install using Desura. Then make sure you are running using Steam.

I've got to say ruMpel, your team did a wonderful job on the mod, from visual (who would imagine a dated engine of half-life 1 would be heavily modified and changed to something so good!), to story (very profound.. i've seen lots of deep meanings from every part of the game, makes you wonder how much detail was made, specially with the enemies!) and even the sound which i found was a masterpiece! no details can be made by what i found was Art, in itself. I'm bringing to show to my friends in Brazil, and show them what a survival horror this really is! Congratulations, and success to the Team! =)

is that the fake simon in the good ending dead artwork? cause if i remember the fake simon has alot of blood all over the hoddie if i remember
