Meet the protagonist Sabrial.
Sabrial is a civilian who was forced to hunt or be hunted in the outskirts of Gull City. Her family accidentally killed by the USSFC, she hangs in the balance of either faction. Angry at the USSFC for the mistake, but angry at the Legion for causing the war in the first place.
She knows much of the infested, and how to suppress its spread.
Helping her advance her story may lead you further into the plot surrounding the infested... Perhaps she could even show you ways to attract or hide from the creatures.
Sabrial is Neutral. Either faction can convince her to join their cause.
Unlike other protagonists, advancing her story will not affect the other faction, but it will benefit you.
Oh, and a word of warning. Don't get her mad.
