As of 7/16/2013, we regret to announce Crewon Clash is archived. But, we are pleased to announce that having been given Bizspark approval, we now have the resources to head straight to our MMO, which was both our original goal and what most people really wanted. (Of the few that have expressed their opinion). We'll be informing more in the future, we suggest you follow our twitter, facebook or tumblr.
All of the work on Crewon Clash was made to be usable on the MMO, so, this is not a setback.

In a time and world where every single creature (called a crewon) is capable of astonishing feats, humans are left as the inferior species... however, we have something that the other species don't.
After a crewon attack leaves you as the only human survivor of your village, you find a gravely injured crewon on the brink of death. Without considering revenge, you tend to it, discovering that it has gotten to like you! Could it be possible men and crewon coexist and cooperate?
And so, you begin a quest with it to stop crewon aggressiveness across many different lands, exploring farther away than you've ever been before.

Crewon Clash is a 3D "dungeon crawler", though it's dungeons are usually open worlds, where your power increases by swapping your avatar with an enemy from the area. No grinding, nor screwing skill points, because each "level up" is like rolling a new character.
With a simplified pseudo class system, your friends (Casual or not) can join the game immediately, without much previous explanation.

Play with friends or alone using either keyboard or gamepads.
Easy for a casual to get into, but lengthy for a hardcore to 100% complete.
Different Crewons with different attack combinations play differently. Set up traps, buff yourself and allies, strike from a distance, or go recklessly with stronger melee attacks knowing you have a friend with healing techniques.
Explore every area each time you enter it... you never know what new places may have appeared. Some rare crewons may only appear in sections that weren't generated in your previous plays!
Befriend Crewons, even if you already have one of that species, a new one may be more powerful or have different techniques... maybe even fit a different role altogether!
Fully modable, from maps to attacks, the CReSCRIPT language will help you make what you want to do. It's exactly what we use to make the game!

Everyone who purchases the game before a possible Steam Release will get a free Steam copy, if we get greenlit. So vote for us when we appear in Greenlight after the Desura release!

Crewon Clash Story Trailer - Indie DB

Our initial dream that propelled us into Crewon Clash, is to make a Pokemon-like MMORPG, with Secret bases, day/night, access to different areas, and the presence of ALL the creatures. However, an MMORPG is a lengthy process, and we opted to have Crewon Clash as our first stop given that Kickstarter isn't an option outside USA (Or UK).
However, thanks to Kotaku and Skullgirls, we found a crowdfunding platform that helps even international projects: IndieGoGo. Now, we are able to have that chance at getting CReNET kickstarted at once! Or at least get Crewon Clash known to more, and hopefully get it to fund CReNET.

So, please, go to our project's page, and help us in whatever way you can. From buying a perk to sharing to all your friends, everything is much appreciated and needed!
