Cockpit Manager '14 is a Formula 1 management game. The game consist in managing one of the eleven Formula 1 teams, or one created by the own player, in each season database. The player takes control of every aspect of the team: dealing with sponsors, hiring drivers, signing engine supply contracts, developing the car and planning the best in-race strategy. Through the years, older drivers retire, while young drivers take their places. The game has no limited number of years to be played. The game has its own Hall of Fame featuring some of the drivers from the past, where the nowadays drivers can be inducted into.
