Clout is the world's first Massively-Multiplayer Online Legislative Simulator. You play the highly satirical but still realistic life of a US Congressperson in the Federal Legislature. You introduce, debate about, and pass various bills to affect the nation. You can also do meth and sleep with your interns. The really neat part is that when you do scandalous stuff like that: the game keeps a record of it, and then other people can discover what you did later and use it to harm your political career. The game is completely PvP (no NPCs), and has permadeath (though it's fairly hard to die). So yes, Congress, drugs, interns and hardcore PvP. You probably haven't played anything like it before.
