Cloaks & Spells is a 2D action adventure puzzle platformer set in a mysterious world filled with vile creatures and evil demons. Travel through deadly dungeons and across monster infested jungles while utilizing various melee weapons and powerful spells.

Cloaks and Spells Alpha 0.80 Released !
The long overdue update is finally here. I apologize for the wait.
With it come a lot of fixes, enhancements and content.
The main prize is the complete Jungle Level where you will witness the war between the Amphibians and forces of Chaos. Find the Skull fragments to gain entrance to the forgotten temple. But beware, only the most powerful and clever wizard will be able to obtain these artifacts.

A Mac port is theoretically possible, but I will need to borrow a Mac from a friend to figure out how to create a build. It will happen either near final release or just after that.

I'm sure I saw Loom as a kid in a computer magazine, but never actually played it.
Currently there are 2 Playable Levels with Boss Fights! The 3rd Level (Jungle) is about to be released alongside various improvements and fixes. Check back soon!

I really like your game, the character and world design are great. The gameplay is very good; magical tricks, mana to refill, walking skeletons to kill and some puzzle games... all that staff can make your game an epic adventure, and the difficulty is good. I think the game diserve a small story (few cutscenes as introducing maybe) and for the bad point, the ladders are a bit tricky (or maybe that's a choice?).

Thanks for your Feedback! Next public update will have Fixed Ladders! They are working almost perfectly on my build here. I started working on a intro cutscene but it still needs some work. More story elements are going to be added in a later update. Thank you for your patience!
