Citadel is a faithful remake of the original game System Shock created in 1994 by Looking Glass Studios.
This is the side view of my current progress on Citadel Station. Note that I have only focused on level geometry and texturing so far. Levels R, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, G1, G2, G4 are complete (G's are groves). Levels 8, 9 are partially complete. Level 6, not yet started.
SIDE NOTE: Levels R, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 all fit together fairly nicely when you line up the elevators. Levels 6 & 7 line up nicely with eachother, Level 8 is way off from the elevator on level 7 (unless the security level is actually offcenter, but lines up okayish with level 9. All in all, unless Citadel has some curving elevators, it doesn't actually fit together.
Oh well!
SIDE SIDE NOTE: Elevator travel is handled via teleportation, but the player view angles and player position inside the elevator is preserved so players won't notice it, similar to how Half-Life handles it's level transitions.
