I would kill for this to have Mount&Blades combat system... KILL!
It's quite the other way around, mate .. M&B should have this, more reacting, system.
The only things M&B has over this game, when it comes to the battles, are quantity of enemies and mounted battles.
Agreed why would this game be merged with ****** mount and blade in any ways?
I agree this (Chivalry) has better combat. BUT M&B is NOT a bad game :P

How many hours did all of you spent alpha testing Chivalry:Medieval Warfare? Are you 100% sure it's current combat mechanic will be the final one? Thought so.
Lets wait for the release and see how the combat system of C:MW compares to M&B:W one, becasue face it guys - no other existing game gets even close to it's 200+ players fun, in native - don't get me started on the mods...

Looking promising. The movement animations could be improved, to make the knights seem more grounded and heavy.

Alpha, but yeah, the animations are not smooth at all. :P
Also textures and graphic effects seem very basic for the power of this engine.

I think calling it a gameplay trailer is a bit deceiving. While it may have been generated in the engine we see absolutely nothing of what its like to play the game. No UI. Most of the longer clear shorts are edited to be views from an entirely too "cinematic" view.
Too much drama not enough substance for a gameplay trailer for my tastes. Should have just been a preview trailer.
