Children of Erdasan is an RPG currently in development using UnrealEngine 4. As it's in the prototyping stages there is little art, however I would like to share an Alpha of the battle system with the Internet to collect feedback. The game takes place in a fantasy world where an alien being is vying for control. Finding the people of the land too disloyal for his purposes, he mutates the beasts of the land, turning them into monsters under his control. He soon goes further, altering the DNA of those trapped in his domain. An alpha build of the battle system should be ready by the 6th (setting myself a deadline) and feature basic attacks, skills, and simple AI capable of fighting back. Basic attacks are already implemented, and skills are mostly complete. The battle system takes inspiration from Shin Megami Tensei 3, and will hopefully require strategy that is actually engaging for the player. I'm bad at art, but I'd rather make a fun game before worrying about it.

This was an early test of an ATB system before I moved on to the current Player/Enemy Phase system.
