Quick Story: In Plague of Darkness, you are awakened by a Ghost in an abandoned Mars outpost, the Ghost tells you that you need to move, quickly. He then takes you inside the base to steal a ship so you can get back to Earth and he can explain further, as you are flying off, a Hive attaches itself to the ship and follows you all the way back to Earth.
