So what kind of horror is going to go down in this hospital? Lights go out? Flickering lights that reveal blood stains on the walls? AHHHH!!!
I can't tell if that is Sarcasm or curiosity. :P
There is no horror here, it is a "go to hospital" simulation game... but I can tell you one thing, before get in the clinic you have to leave all your weapons.
