You assume the role of team leader in the tactical response team of a major city police force. Your work is to plan and carry out tactical entry in barricade and hostage situations with least possible loss of life the desired outcome.
I had this feature in my own (old) engine. Along with the stuff that enabled the dynamic blood on body parts I just added, it also made it possible to add these burns quite easily. I'm going to try and make the edges fade a bit nicer though.
Nice
This plus the new spilling are looking really nice
Great work. When will this be added?
Thanks! I have a performance issue that I need to track down and fix before I can release. Or maybe I'll release anyway and fix it in a later update. Anyways these new things will be added in the next update which will hopefully be soon. *Upvotes for precise answer* /Irony
I think they'd be nice to see as soon as possible and if they cause performance issues then they can just be switched off in the settings. Either way it's your game of course so whatever works best for you. This game is really impressive, especially coming from a single developer. Keep up the good work!
Is there any exact date for an upload yet? I've been with this project for about 7 or 8 months now and I have to say you are incredibly dedicated! I appreciate your work in all sorts of ways!
Hi, I had a few people test the current version during the weekend and they could confirm that there is a performance issue. I want to get that fixed before I release so that it runs as smooth as possible. My current estimate is to get it ready until next weekend.
Edit: Oh it was you I answered in the other place too. Well now you have two replies :)
Would you concider adding nose bleeds to headshots?
Yes I've thought about that before and it would be easy to add. I've also thought about (small) bleeding from ears nose and eyes after exposure to explosions.
