Description
The Flocky Birds have chased off Blocky's friends and turned his golden flowers into fire and ice. Can you think fast enough to help Blocky escape? Send Blocky Bee through a series of hot and cold flowers to escape the Flocky Birds. Be careful which flowers you fly through as Blocky will die if he gets too hot or too cold. Can you lead the pursuing birds through the matching color flowers to defeat them? Can you think fast enough to keep Blocky alive??
History
Hypno Pig was started up by "developers" who had no previous experience of coding or developing anything before.
We wanted to create games that we would like to play ourselves and set out on a steep learning curb to learn coding language and how to use Unity. It took a while to learn but once we did, we managed to create our first game just as we intended.
We knew exactly how we wanted this game to work but we didn't know how it was going to look exactly. We decided to go with a retro 2D design to keep it simple. And we wanted the 2D breakable physics to look fun too which we think we have achieved.
We wanted our game to be more difficult that other games which may look similar on the surface. But in our game, the player has to choose which colour flowers to break through to make Blocky hotter or colder to keep him alive. At the same time, the player has to leave the correct flowers intact behind him in order to stop the chasing birds from catching Blocky.
We are pleased with the end result as our first game and hope everyone else enjoys it too.
