As requested by the community, we’ve introduced a glass block to Blockade Runner! Trickier than it looks with deferred rendering and voxels, but Nathan managed to find a solution that performs well and looks decent!
There’s no fresnel or specularity (shineys) going on with the glass yet, and with just a hexagonal normal map it looks a bit like bubble wrap. It keeps you separated from the vacuum of space though. =)
Wonderful, finally something to keep that precious air inside, without having to go blind.
