The on-going space voxel project by the six sibling studio, ZanMgt! A labor of love, Blockade Runner is an ever-evolving development that's currently undergoing a major engine overhaul to provide a solid foundation for the game's bi-weekly builds. Revealed! Blockade Runner editor!


Hey all! Micah here with something I hope you’ll all enjoy: a video revealing just what we’ve been up to lately!


And it is finally revealed! With the addition of the editor and the many tools it will have, building ships will be much much easier, (especially high-detail complicated ships) utilizing things like symmetry, shape tools, smooth blocks, custom geometry objects and much more.

It will take a little longer before we’ll have a version available for public playing, in the meantime I’ll be posting articles and videos about the editor’s new features during the next few weeks as we get it polished up for its public release.

We’re all really excited that Blockade Runner will have a dedicated editor (scratching one off the “big five features” list), and can’t wait for you guys to get your hands on it to show us what you can make!

Its cool to see them paying so much attention to this tool, as it will be a crucial component of this game.
The news post I just posted shows off a really cool feature, so watch for that one
