Been a long while since the game's last update. We're nearing the completion of the game for a October release. So what's happened since the last update.
We've fully implemented the two player characters Pyro and Snuggles. Each player has their own distinct abilities. Pyro is a pyromaniac who can aim and shoot fires and can light himself on fire to destroy enemies around him. Snuggles is the 'heavy' with his trusty leaf blower. It has both vacuum and blow functions which can be used interchangeably to move objects (including Pyro and other enemies) around.
The game also features a piggyback mechanic allowing for players to carry one another around. This means one player has control over movement and jumping with the other player using their special abilities to clear the way.
Bear Story features both multiplayer and single player. In multiplayer*, players take control of either character whom must work together in order to progress through the level. With single player, players take control of one character at a time, with the another character following behind. Players can switch between the two characters at any time.
