Our heroine searches for her lover in the old castle where the evil warlock was said to once reside. The castle still has some old magic left, and all she has to defend herself is a cassette with her aerobics routine. The record is about 7 minutes long, but even this time can be cut short. If she wouldn't manage to save her guy until the music ends, she is doomed!
