Barons(working title) is a solo project WIP that blends traditional tower defense strategy with top-down style shooter action. In a city devastated by a mutative viral outbreak, the last survivors are the financial and political elite. These new world robber barons have taken to the rooftops of their respective skyscrapers. While the masses suffer and parish beneath them, the barons prepare their fortresses.

Here are some screens of the current state of the game. I've been primarily focusing on the code and core mechanics, so there are plenty of placeholder models and textures. But, I'm still happy with the overall style, and it's looking better each day.
