Are you the original creator of this? And is "ForeignGuyMike" your first account?
Also if he lists you as the Creator of this title NOW in the page's "Profile", then you probably don't have to sue him at all. He DID put his name in the title screen, but if he lists you now as the creator, then you probably don't have to do it.
Update: By the way, I was actually looking for this at Indiedb.com - and was trying to find THAT instead of THIS, but had no idea that there was actually a title named "Artifact" on Mod DB before this 1.
Update 2: Alright, so I suppose "ForeignGuyMike" isn't you - but if Noah is to list YOU as the creator of this it should be OK if you did this before him.
