Description
Project 41-class Boomer. This submarine acts both as ultra-long range fire support, being able to fire anywhere on the map as long as there's line of sight, and as superweapon. It can launch nuclear missiles, each of which has to be produced separately.
The submarine is revealed on the map for all players when it fires its ballistic missiles, though it can fire smaller cruise missiles out of its torpedo tubes, doing which only reveals it to nearby enemies.
In this picture, it's firing two kinetic ballistic missiles, most effective against large ships.
It goes ballistic when Chinese DF-21Ds are able to take down carriers...

Wait, wrong Boomer.
I picked Boomer both as a reference to Yuri's OP-as-**** submarines, and because in real life, ballistic missile submarines are nicknamed Boomers :P
