The indie game developer GameArt Studio from Berlin announced a new project: A.I. Space Corps. The top-down space shooter will soon be released as Early Access version on Steam.
The game takes place in the universe of the studios former title A.I. Invasion. This time, players do not control a team of soldiers but board a whole space ship to battle countless armies of meciless A.I. robots. Various missions and extraordinary space wars promise action heavy sessions to sci-fi enthusiasts and fans of retro space shooters alike!
The initial Early Access release will feature:
- 3 different space ships with unique designs and attributes
- flexible weapon upgrades found in missions
- strategic gameplay through the use of various on-board systems like secondary weapons are temporary shields
