Afterlife - Edge of Netherworld Windows, Mac, Linux, Web game

Putting aside the question of whether you are going to heaven or hell, what if you took a wrong turn and got lost? You might be wandering at the edge of netherworld, or get caught in a battle between Angels and Demons...

Afterlife is a solo project by the guy who created Antistar, Game Degree Zero and Darwin's Nightmare.

The game started as an experience driven, anime style 3D platformer. As the project is moving forward you can expect more diverse gameplay and maybe we have a bit of a story going on.

For a long time I wanted to create a game using a serial format - similar to how many comic books are created. This is very different from a "game project" and as such experimental but I think it's hugely interesting and only needs a bit more feedback and support to get off the ground.

Patreon: A different approach to crowdfunding

Before starting this project I setup a framework so that it's easier and faster to get the project up to speed. This took about 3 months.
On average, 4 to 12 hours of work go into the design of each scene.
Other than the game engine and music, everything is original.

I encourage backers to support the project via Patreon. Patreon is ideal for serialisations as they have an option to contribute a little whenever new content is released. So, in short I'm only asking for a small, (optional) contribution to cover the cost of releasing new content and this of course would hugely impact my capacity to develop this project.
