'Achtung Minen!' is a strategy game based on the classic game Minesweeper. Two players must race to secure a path across a deadly minefield, and capture the enemy's base. Supply crates dotted around the minefield can offer a tactical advantage to a daring player, but watch out; one wrong move and BOOM! 'Achtung Minen!' will be free to download and play, and will have online multiplayer capability.
Finished minefield generation code, rendered here in a 2D debugging view for easily checking density and distribution. Clear red and blue squares (Two at each side) are player bases, the 'spawn points', so to speak. Other red squares are supply crates, and blue squares are barbed wire. Supply crates give a useful set of items when captured, which can help to secure territory in the minefield, or advance more quickly. Barbed wire prevents a square from being captured, and must be removed with wire cutters (Found in some supply crates).
