Ladies and gentlemen, on the left side we have Chuck Norris, a roundhouse kick champion from Oklahoma. On the right side, we have some dead men walking.

Are bridges destructible?
Currently bridges are a hack. The sides are models, while the walking surface is raised terrain with a custom terrain texture.
I wondered why the sides of the bridge were black under the arch. Now I have my answer :)
Will bridges be created as real objects in the future?
A destroyable, rebuildable structure which units can move over? It'd be awesome.
