zip file auto renaming version number Thread

I uploaded a new file recently for stellaris "Massive Galaxies 2.1". an was wondering why it came up as 2.1.2. so I tried reuploading the file to fix the version number only to have it list as 2.1.3, so I assume it's automatically changing my version numbers for me' which is completely unacceptable. My next version is 2.1.1 so you see how this clearly intentional bug needs to be squashed as soon as possible.
