What is Blade of Arena? Blade of Arena is a multiplayer online battle game aims to combine the element of PVE and PVP into a 20-40mins gameplay. Our focus is to bring brand new experience to players for every round of battle.

This game included valid landscapes, monster, element for Player to explore, earn different abilities and weapon, enjoying the process of Strength your character while competing with other players. Players are free to choose the way to enjoy their game through defeating monsters or other competitors to earn score during battle.

The core of the game is an extremely competitive combat; to emphasize intense combat; only short-range weapons were designed its game. This will require Player to have melee combat, control, and real-time reaction, make the gameplay even more exciting. The key to victory will depend on player’s control. Including usage of weapons, skills and items, strategy on how to use limited stamina for the most effective move etc.

We are a team or MMORPG lover, we can see that fast pace of living is making it difficult for players to have enough time to strengthen our character with limited time. That’s why we created this game. To let players enjoy the process and excitement of seeing the character we create to be strong and powerful while having an intense battle with other players.

Beside the different of weapons, Player begins with level 1 of every match, level up through defeating monsters and other players. You can earn skill point when you level up, similar to normal RPG, to strengthen your attack, defense, stamina or speed according to your preference to customize your fighting style.

As the game progress Players will have a higher chance of meeting other players. At this point, you must defeat other players and survive.

This game contains various monsters and Bosses. There’s some special Boss will randomly appear and requires cooperation with other players to defeat them. When the boss appears, the game will ask if Player want to participate in the challenge, it chose to engage. Your character will be sent to the special arena to defeat the boss together. The strength of the boss will be adjusted according to the number of participants. If you successfully defeat the Boss, Player will be rewarded for some epic loots.

If you are the top player in this match. You gain the Dragon Power. Prove your POWER.

If you are one of top 5 players in this match. You still have a chance to win by defeating the dragon.

Explore the world with a variety of enemies in different floating islands. Each island is a whole different world with different landscapes. The weather changes according to time and environment.

The game is based on Non-Target Combat System, Each weapon have unique attack movement and skill, provide a different style of combat to defeat your enemies. This will bring a more fast-paced, smoothly control for all players.

As a game you need to spend a lot of time with your own character, we know how important for you to create unique and memorable characters. Try on different outfits and pick the look you like best. (All Clothes or Weapon only affect the appearance.)

By upgrading your ability, equipment. And choose your talent type. You can have different play-style in each game.

The default mode for regular matches with 20 players, in which each player must try to gain the most score as possible within 40 minutes or less.

Game mode builds for team players, in which 30 players divide into two factions to fight for victory.

Blade of Arena is based on Non-Target Combat System, we developed 4 type of weapons at this moment. Each of them has unique attack movement and skill, provide the different style of combat to defeat your enemies. These are the brief introduction of those weapons.

Balanced type weapon, able to block the opponent attack while moving.

Attack type weapon, sacrifice defensive for a large range attack.

It’s a weapon require more control, attack with a more complicated combo.

The agilest weapon, advanced for a high combo attack.

　　　　

Weapons and Item can be purchased with money earned from matches, with more sets becoming available to the player as they gain experience. players can buy recovery item and other items in matches, for example, flash bomb or smoke bomb etc. There are also gears carries an ability that improves the player's statistics, or adds different elements to the attack like ice attack, fire, electric and etc. which are able to have continuous damage or negative effect to targets. Beside purchasing items in the shop, there are also chances for item dropped from monsters or other players. In addition, players can customize their character appearance from shops outside the matches.

　

We are the only two members working on this game. We used about 14 months to build a prototype of Blade of Arena to show what we are trying to do. In the future, we hope we can expand our team with art, music, animation members. To help the game more polish and complete.
