Unable to Upload File Thread

Hello,

I've encountered this issue in the past but never got around to the cause. I uploaded a mod update yesterday which worked fine, but went to upload a new version with a hotfix and it keeps giving me this error: Error Uploading Try Again.

No matter what browser or connection I use it usually happens at about 5-10% of the upload progress.

I'm trying google drive link upload now but given my experience with youtube link failures in the past when the same thing happened, I doubt it will work.

The file is approx 600mb big and is a .zip file if that helps.

Wish i could help you! I am having the same issues atm! sucks!!

Are you clicking the "start upload" button next to the upload form? Do you have any http headers sent by the browser? I.e. if you go into the browser inspect tools, is the file being sent to upload.moddb.com? I just tested with an 80mb file which had no problems.

Thanks for the reply INtense! I will try again later this afternoon when the patch is ready. I will let you know although i dont know how to check if a file is being sent with the inspector tool never done that, i have used that tool often i am a x webdesigner. westedt.io is my site all made myself.

I just want to see what URL the file is being posted to, so in your developer tools your browser will show that, but it's a little tricky to find.

My upload speed is fine i just want to say that first. Im getting 0.9Mbps.

Now i treid to upload my patch 219mb im getting the same error over and over! I also dont have a clue where to hover with the inpector tool to find the url you are looking for.... i hoverd over the upload button the error field msg i dont know!! This site is just terrible regarding uploads TERRIBLE sorry if i have to be honest here. Have a good day Stay safe Stay home.
