Trying to find an old mod. Thread

Hey guys- been a half-life player for 15 years, I’m trying to find the name of this old mod.. it was SUPER bizarre, like intentionally surreal. What I mainly remember of it was it had at least one level where your character was a one-armed pirate that rolled across the ground really fast, it was 3rd person and you had a Mac-10 in one hand you could shoot. I think there were ramps and stuff to drive your rolling pirate off. It was the weirdest thing and I think back to it occasionally. This was like 2003 or 2004.
