The Review system is seriously flawed as seen in project Brazil Thread

So, a user has registered a few days ago with one single intention -- to review FNC as low as he could.

And another, veteran user, has given the same mod a 1 without even playing the game.

I think that users should be able to write reviews, but scoring should be optional and scores should only positively affect the total score. If I don't think that a mod is good, I can write about it but I shouldn't be able to trash its total score.

It seems like going to the wrong place. It is not an anime site as nihofun.com, but a game site.
