S.T.A.L.K.E.R Anomaly Thread

Hey, this is my first time owning a computer, it's using windows 10, I'm at my wits end with trying to install S.T.A.L.K.E.R Anomaly, it downloads fine, but after I download the game from moddb it just gives me an error message every time I try to start up the game.Im a Christmas noob. I apologize if my questions seem stupid but I literally have never ever owned a computer, my family has been a PlayStation family forever, and up until recently I've never had any need to game on p.c, but I now have a reason to try and make a go of it, all of the YouTube videos only serve to further confuse and infuriate me so, that's it, anyone able to help a brother out?
