I'm not even sure if I'm supposed to post this. Looking at the previous posts it seems to be a reoccuring issue. I have 15 to 50kb/s download speeds no matter what mirror. Only CA, US servers are available. Tried resetting my router and resetting my PC. I also tried downloading thorugh an IP proxy. It downloaded at full speed for a couple of seconds and then it "failed". I guess it's an IP block of some sorts. Is it a bug or is it intended? Am I supposed to wait it out or keep looking on my end? Speed back to normal. I guess that's all. |
